Mike Boyle posted seven photos with the comment: "The Detroit, Toledo and Ironton operated an  extensive repair facility and freight yard in Jackson, Oh. from 1906-1984 when it was closed. The site operated freight car repair shop and painting facility, roundhouse and freight yard."

It is interesting that DT&I had a bypass around the town.

I couldn't find any "repair facilities" in the obvious DT&I yard west of Chillicothe Street. But this aerial photo shows some obvious repair facilities over by the B&O tracks. According to the 2005 SPV Map, DT&I and B&O shared the tracks to the southeast, so that must be how DT&I accessed this facility.
