Since 2014, they have added a couple of display cars.

Gary Miller posted Former ACL depot in Myrtle Beach, SC was built in 1937. The depot has been restored and is on the National Historic Register. It reopened in 2004 and is available for events and gatherings. |

posted 10 photos with the comment: "In Myrtle Beach for the first time this weekend and naturally found the only railroad related property in town. The Myrtle Beach Train Depot has been out of service since 1967 when the ACL ceased freight operations on Myrtle Beach. Passenger service stopped in 1955. The city has rehabilitated the property and you can now book the space for events/parties. There was a graduation party being set up as I took these pictures. The last picture shows the 
abandoned drawbridge that lead to Myrtle Beach and hasn't moved since 2011. [Evidently, those two freight cars were trucked to the depot.] The caboose & box car are now some type of bonified office space and have had utilities added to them, and the box car has had floor-ceiling glass windows installed. I’m sure they will never move from that spot again."
