Frankfort, IL: Michigan Central Depot

Given the train was westbound, the depot was south of the tracks. And since there are no houses behind it, I think it is the south rectangle that is close to White Street.

The Michigan Central operated passenger trains between East Gary, Indiana and Joliet, Illinois daily except Sundays up until 1925, when all passenger train service was discontinued on that line.

The Michigan Central's station at Frankfort was a typical late 19th century small town combination (freight-and-passenger) depot designed for one-man operation.
