L&N seemed to build rather elaborate depots compared to the size of the town.

Dale Proctor posted Columbia Tenn., 8/13/85. Rod Clark: I was in the building in the mid 90's, and it was in really bad shape inside. Totally gutted. Whoever bought it and fixed back up sunk a lot of money into it. Jim Kelling shared Columbia Tennessee (L&N station, now looks better) Kenton Dickerson: Served both L&N and NC&StL. Dennis DeBruler: Kenton Dickerson Thanks. I've seen some sources call it a Union Station. But every map I've looked at has just L&N.
Jason Whipp: Dennis DeBruler the N&D and NF&S met there if i recall correctly |

Did some rich person restore the building to dislay their antique collection?
If the building is not going to be used as an event space, then this room would hold a fantastic model railroad.
