Durand Union Station-Michigan Railroad History Museum posted two photos with the comment:
Batavia, situated approximately six miles west of Coldwater in Branch County, Michigan, was first settled in the year 1832. In the ensuing decades, it became a notable stop along the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway (LS&MS) - later absorbed into the New York Central system - on the historic "Old Road" line that connected Toledo and Chicago via Coldwater.
The LS&MS depot in Batavia was originally built at Coldwater, but was moved to Batavia at some point in the 1880s. The Batavia depot still exists, but it was returned to Coldwater in the 1990s and restored.

This is the building in at its current location in Coldwater. I presume that the depot in the left background of this view is the one that replaced the smaller depot in the 1880s.
