As of 2022, it is standing, but it needs a lot of TLC. https://maps.app.goo.gl/MqkV6wBynbfcdzPv9. The replacement after the fire was not nearly as big as the depot in the photo.

Jackson-Township historical preservation posted

B & O (Baltimore & Ohio) Railroad Depot in the community of Finleyville, Washington County. The depot was destroyed by fire in 1922 and later rebuilt.
