Joe Bath posted two photos with the comment: "Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo. Gould Tower Toledo Ohio, N&W RR."
Jim Kelling: Originally a Wabash Railway tower with the Nickel Plate where they crossed the Toledo Terminal line.

I know the Toledo Terminal Upper Bridge was just a little upstream (west) of I-475 because I used to pass it when I visited my daughter in Perrysburg.

That location is a little upstream from Blue Grass Island, which agrees with this map.

But I could not find the route on any of the topo maps. The route was not abandoned until 1982 [photo description], so it should appear on this 1964 map.

So I then tried historical aerial photos. That was even more frustrating. How can there be no trace of the bridge or route on this photo?

I then got a 1963 photo because the topo map shows that the Interstate highway should appear on that photo. Yet neither the Interstate nor the Toledo Terminal shows up, but the Blue Grass Island and the fork of the Wabash Railroad does appear, so I think I got an appropriate photo.

I have to admit defeat and give up trying to find the crossing.
This map indicates that the call letters for the tower was "GD" and that it was in the southeast quadrant of the crossing. All of the quadrants, except the southwest quadrant, had a connection.
