Orangeville, PA: Restored/Reading/Bloomsburg & Sullivan Depot

(Satellite)

Chad Zimmerman posted five photos with the comment:
Orangeville, Pennsylvania train station on the old Bloomsburg and Sullivan rail road.  Station was in operation from 1887 to 1951.  I am slowing restoring it into a museum for the local rail road history.
Will also be adding a caboose to the station which will also be restored.
Stephanie Schwab: Thank you for saving her.
Chad Zimmerman: Stephanie Schwab been wanting to get this station for 30 years.. People forot about it and was overgrown with trees, that is what kept it safe from vandalism.

I used this  view to confirm that I had the correct satellite location. The depot is at the end of the street.

This documents that the Bloomsburg & Sullivan became part of the Reading Railroad.

Just a quick progress update.. We have the Orangeville station all repainted back to how it would have originally been.  Or, as close as we could match the colors.
First photo was how it looked once I got trees removed.  I just took the other photos today of the fresh paint.

I Was asked to see how the inside looks of the Orangeville Train Station.  Here are the most recent shots of the inside.  It still needs some electrical work finished then I can start getting ready to open.
Bob Chaparro: Is that the original clock? Typically, station clocks the displayed official time had Arabic numerals.
Chad Zimmerman: Bob Chaparro no, it is a close one till I do find a proper replacement.
