I wonder if the feed mill repurposed a flour mill because most feed mills don't have such a big building. Also note the old elevator in the center of the complex. And the covered hopper indicates it gets rail service. The tracks that remain in the city were C&NW, and they are now the Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad (RCP&E). The abandoned Milwaukee tracks were a block north.
