The headhouse is a restaurant.
They preserved the platform roofs as well as the headhouse. Did they use the roofs to create storage units or a shopping mall?
The next day, I got and answer, the platforms were converted to a mall; but, as with most malls, they need to come up with a new development idea.

posted nine photos with the comment: "The old Montclair Terminal of the Lackawanna Railroad. Opened 1913, closed 1981. Terminal had 6 tracks and 4 platforms. Terminal has been sporadically repurposed over the years as a shopping mall. Mostly empty now, with another redevelopment plan in the works. (4/13/2025)"

The merger of the Eire and DL&W made this DL&W branch that terminated at the station very redundant.
