Flint Hill Resources in Arthur has 5.6mb of storage and is going to build a ground pile that will add 2.4mb. The pile will have a dedicated receiving pit to shorten wait times for the truckers during the harvest season. (Courier) Since there is already a ground pile and it is currently as twice the storage of Shell Rock, I wonder if this means they are going to add a second ground pile.
Flint Hills Resources is one of the Koch brothers oil companies that were suggested as possible buyers for two big ADM dry-process plants. (ADM wants to sell some ethanol assets)

The two satellite images must have been taken at different times of the year. (I guess Google has to search for cloud free pictures.) The ethanol plant would be in the Fall because the pile is being built. The coop "circle" would be in the Spring or Summer because it has either been emptied for the season or the facility has just been built for the next harvest season.
