Eldon, IA: Museum/Rock Island Depot and Roundhouses

Depot: (Satellite)
East Roundhouse: (Satellite, based on the aerial photo below.)
West Roundhouse: (Satellite, I don't see any traces of it.)

According to a bridge posting, the Golden State Route used to serve this depot. Eldon, IA, used to have two Rock Island routes through it. Now it has none. The northwest/southeast branch route used to pass on the west side of the depot.

Rodney G. Skinner: The photo is of the big roundhouse west of town, I was there many years ago there still is part of the foundation

This was the "East Roundhouse."
Jason Gormley commented on the above post

This shows at least the turntable of the West Roundhouse. It looks like a small slice of the roundhouse may be left.

I included the meanders of the river and the little creek to help correlate this with the topo map and today's satellite.
