Railyards: (Satellite)
Steel Tower: (Satellite, my guess based on Photo 2, model board and aerial images below.)
Mystery Tower: (Satellite, I think this is the hump yard tower.)
I added Allentown to the title because the main classification yard was near Allentown.

Mike Muschlitz: Worked at Steel Tower between 1978 and 1997. It was a busy interlocking. The switches were pneumatic, 110 pounds of pressure. You had to be aware when working on or around them.
Rich White: Some Mike Bednar photos of the machine can be found on Jeff Seidel's website that I maintain: https://www.railroad-signaling.com/towers/steel.html

I spent quite a bit of time looking for the tower east of the railyard based on the track diagram. Then the blank space in the middle of the model board motivated me to look on the west end. It is indeed close to the fork for Athens CP and Canal CP on the track diagram.

Since I got the aerial photo to find Steel Tower, I also got the roundhouse area.
