Those little blue and white Jiffy Mix boxes are made right here in Michigan, at that giant grain elevator in Chelsea. Their cornbread is the best and the muffins are awesome too.

This company produces some downright amazing products. We also have King Milling over on the other side of the state in Lowell MI...King Milling has been doing well these days and the railroad that serves them has been replacing a bridge and some tracks into their facility.

The one thing about Michigan I don't think many folks in other states realize is not only how much grain we ship out to the world from our farms but also how much we process into items millions of people enjoy such as JIFFY Mix...especially their cornbread.
