posted two photos with the comment: "Dec 11, 1892 the roundhouse and back shops at Salida CO were almost completely destroyed by fire, including all machinery and 17 locomotives. They were rebuilt and lasted until about 1948. Another two roundhouses were built east of these that shared a common turntable. (Denver Public Library)."
