The building houses the Jodey Lenfestey Children's Deiscovery Depot

I could not find any info on their web site as to whether or not this depot was moved here or it it was built from scratch. It appears that there was a depot a block south of Mason Street and east of Broadway and that it could have served all three railroads: C&NW, Milwaukee and Green Bay & Western.

But that is not the case because C&NW had a much larger
depot that is
still standing.

C&NW #880 4-6-0 Schenectady built Class R at Green Bay, Wisconsin on September 19, 1929. The Strahorn Library is at 118 E. Washington Street in Marengo, Illinois. Reid Van Sluys: Interestingly enough, this was the third of three new depots built by Green Bay's railroad between 1897 and 1899. The GB&W was the first built, followed by the CM&StP (still extant) and finally -and admittedly the grandest- the C&NW's.

And the
Milwaukee Road Depot was on the east side of the Fox River.
The only "Hood Junction" I could find was in California, so I don't think the depot was moved from there.
CN/C&NW is the railroad that serves the National Railroad Museum.
