This shows that the first image in Raymond's post is looking northwest because of the crossing tracks in the foreground and the sharply curved track on the left side. I think the second image is the same view but the artist decided to leave out some details.

This shows that the southern bridge is the mainline and that the northern bridge is just a connector to the Big Four.

Les Miller shared An Interesting piece of history! I had the Newark shop and the Ohio Division. I don't remember the Depot, must have been gone before my time. |
