Tyler Green: Cotton Belt 819 seeing the sun for the first time in a while: [Some comments indicate that this is the first time it has been moved since 1994.] [Some comments indicate that UP will allow foreign steam on their tracks if the locomotive has passed inspections and has enough insurance.] Jordan Hawkins: closest [shortline] railroad to them would be the Arkansas & Missouri. [Mainline running now requires PTC. But UP requires inspections and insurance just to tow it.] |
