Carpendale, WV: Lost Western Maryland Junction (MY) Tower and Knobmount Yard

Junction: (Satellite, the tracks, as well as the tower, are gone.)
Roundhouse: (Satellite, we can see the remnants of some of the foundation.)
Railyard: (Satellite, even the mainline through the yard is gone.)

We are looking at Knobley Tunnel from MY Tower.

Western Maryland freight leaving Ridgely Yard.
Arthur House: I believe Ridgeley yard was to the left; the train is departing Knobmount Yard.
Jen Gamble: Is this taken out of the tower at MD Jct? [A comment provides a correction of MY Tower.]
Randy Broadwater: For anyone wanting a present day view on Google Maps, the bridge in the distance is Miller Road and the crossing in the foreground should be Cedar Street.

Knobmount Yard

While researching Knobley Tunnel, I learned that the the roundhouse was built on the first bend of the river. The classification yard was further away and called Knobmount Yard.

Note only are all of the classification tracks gone, but so is the mainline through the yard.
