The postcard shows that the station is between diverging routes. The rectangle along the mainline on the east side of Main Street looked promising. But the diverging route is on the west side of the depot while the postcard shows it on the east side of the depot. So...

...I got an aerial photo. This photo shows there that was also a diverging route east of the depot. It was a yard lead. And it explains the industrial buildings that we see in the background of the postcard.
In fact, there is still a rail-served industry over there.

That curved track behind the station is the loop which crossed the B&O at grade and connected to the old Erie main line, near its depot. (The Erie's Niles-New Lisbon branch also curved south and crossed the PRR and the river just east of the PRR station. The other curve is the main PRR to Warren with the southwest diverging route leading to the B&O main at BOANNA, Lordstown, and Alliance. That former PRR track is about the only active line in the Niles/Warren area now.
