Michael Scalia: How significant of a grade was there on the Tier? For how long did this spot remain a pusher district ?
Tom Werkheiser: Michael Scalia westbound from Deposit to Gulf Summit grade was 1.02% eastbound from Susquehanna to Gulf Summit 1.21%.
[There are several more comments about the helper operations. Fortunately, this is in a public group.]
Tom Hajcak: Is the station still there ? I haven’t been up there in 25 yrs.
Bruce Mowbray: Still there. Privately owned now and being restored.

The eastbound trains cross the Starrucca Viaduct on their way to Gulf Summit.

Street view drivers are not allowed to drive by the depot. I wonder who moved the crossing guard tower here.
