Depot: (Satellite, it was north of the tracks and halfway between Main and Minier Avenues.)
Tower: (Satellite, judging from the photo below, it was in the northeast quadrant.)
Both railroads are gone. Today's Pennsylvania Avenue was built on the former Pennsy RoW. The C&A ran through town halfway between Park and Central Streets.
The interlocking tower in the background would have controlled the junction with the Pennsy, so we are looking West.

The topo map makes sense. The aerial photo does not. Zooming in, I can't find the junction tower. The near grain elevator in the photo would be the long shadow on the south side of tracks with five boxcars on the siding. And the platform we see in the photo is visible on the north side of the tracks. But the building for the depot looks very different.
