Saginaw, MI: Mershon Tower: CSX/PM vs. CMGN/(MC+GTW)

(Satellite)

CMGN = Central Michigan Railway as of 2005. A contemporary USGS map labels the railroad as Mid-Michigan.

PM was east/westish whereas MC+GTW was north/southish.

Mershon Tower with an EB Chessie System train (w/ PHD boxcars) and a Conrail auto parts boxcar with some gondolas back there on the GTW interchange... Might just frame this and set it at the end of my layout instead of trying to build the tower. It's from the perfect perspective... (my collection, unknown photographer, Oct. 1985)
