One exhibit the docent who conducted a tour was particularly proud of was the collection of china and silverware that was used in railroad dining cars. The collection was created by Chapman S. Root and donated to this museum to preserve it. He made his millions in Terre Haute, IN, because his bottle making plant invented the iconic shape of the Coca-Cola bottle. But he built is mansion and lived in Florida. Another topic the docent spent some time explaining was the pushpole they have on exhibit.
Unfortunately, the tour did not include the outside exhibits. Probably because there was only one docent working the afternoon that I visited. So I was not able to get any pictures of the interior of the caboose. The T&G became part of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad.
