Galena, IL: 1854-1952 Blackjack/Marsden Black Jack Mine (Lead and Zinc)

The mine was discovered and opened by Stephen Marsden in 1854. The last year of production was in 1952. It was located at 42.3664°N 90.4051°W. It produced lead and zinc. [TheDiggings] The USGS confirms the same location.
