It appears it was just south of Main Street and west of a spur off the mainline.

In the 1890's, Shelbyville, IL was the southern terminus of the C&EI. There was a turntable and roundhouse in Shelbyville to turn steam engines for their return north. This image shows the location of the turntable and roundhouse. Note also there was a team track to the station at one time as well.
