The depot is now a veterinary office.

posted two photos with the comment: "Erie depot in Eden, NY. This was a replacement erected around 1898 as the original burned. The Buffalo Southern acquired this line in 1877 and today’s iteration operates on it currently."

They have added the passenger car to the facility since the above 2023 view.
They evidently use the passenger car as additional examination space.
Some interior details of the depot have been preserved.
