This week's #ThrowbackThursday features Locomotive #3024 at the Erie Depot, eastbound of Spencerville, Ohio in 1941.

The elevator also has a couple of stave silos.

With all those small bins in the bottom center, I wondered if this is a feed mill. Note the switcher in the upper-right corner. Some of the industries in this town get rail service.
