It is interesting that DT&I had a bypass around the town.

I couldn't find any "repair facilities" in the obvious DT&I yard west of Chillicothe Street. But this aerial photo shows some obvious repair facilities over by the B&O tracks. According to the 2005 SPV Map, DT&I and B&O shared the tracks to the southeast, so that must be how DT&I accessed this facility.

The backshop buildings and roundhouse are extant, but Google Maps doesn't label who owns them.
Obviously, someone is using them.
We can see just the side of the roundhouse on the left.
