Malinta, OH: Junction Tower: Aban/NW/NKP(Cloverleaf) vs. IORY/DT&I

Detroit, Toledo & Ironton is now owned by the Indiana Ohio Railway. The DT&I used to have a branch that left the mainline around Delphi Street, but it was abandoned by GTW.

Considering how flat that area of Ohio is, those semaphores are up high in the air. I wonder what the "traffic light" looking signals are on the DT&I line.

The NKP depot was moved a couple times, and it is now preserved closer to the downtown with other railroad artifacts.

Jeff Sharp posted two photos with the comment: "Malinta Tower and depot was owned by the NKP. The DT&I furnished the agent/operator on first shift. 2nd and 3rd shift operators were NKP employees. Pictured is DT&I agent/operator Jack McCoy , 1956."
Daniel Bednar: I don't think I have ever seen a tower with so many records files.
