Frank J Flörianz Jr. posted North Coast Hiawatha, Fargo, North Dakota, February 1977 -my photo Eric Hopp shared Three cars that might be GN: Two smooth-side dome cars and what appears to be an observation car running backwards. Peter Vos: The same-sized vents on the roof side say 'yes' to being ex-GN, the full length side skirting on the next car (and 'Amtrak Consists') shows CB&Q Zephyr heritage, in this case I think the car in the photo is Silver Cup or Silver Kettle, built in 1956 for Denver Zephyr service. Google Maps labels this "Welcome to Fargo sign." The depot is in the left background behind the trees.

I noticed the microwave tower behind the depot. Since they are now rare, I checked it out. It looks like it is part of the BNSF office. I presume that the building was a previous depot.
