A billboard to promote restoration of the Rock Island depot built in 1901 in Moline, IL, maybe around the early 1990's? On the billboard, an illustration of an EMD E-unit locomotive sits behind the depot. John & Roger Kujawa Photo, Thomas Dyrek Collection.
Chuck Boehm: That's the Rock Island, IL depot.
