This posting taught me that Bunge processes
corn as well as soybeans. And of course the size of the plant got my attention.
I worked this section when I was with MoPac RR , at that time it was called Lincoln Grain and they made corn meal.
They still mill corn; they are one of
five corn milling locations.
Looking at a UP map, they kept that part of MoPac.
While looking for this facility, I found some other plants that are probably part of the food industry:
