Goodland KS third depot.  I worked the Agent's vacation here for three weeks in September, 1970.  Best railroaders I ever worked with.  Sugar Beet and Wheat Rush coincided that year.  I was responsible for car allocation to each agent between Phillipsburg and Limon.  Then headed to Limon to relieve the agent for a couple days.  Two days later, night swing at Ottawa, Illinois.  No rest on the extra board.  I did get 4 cents a mile and $4 per day expense account.
