McGinnis is a company that owns a bunch of harbor towboats and does fleeting services. Sheridan is their shipyard that builds those boats. McNational has both of these companies and some others.

CR Neal posted two photos with the comment: "Humboldt built the J. L. McNEALEY in 1968 for DP&L's Stuart power plant. She was sold in 2006 to McGinnis and renamed TOM BUSSLER. In 2021, she is regretfully now in pieces and headed to the scrap heap."
