The BNSF train implies CB&Q used this depot and the Denver & Rio Grande Train Depot Restaurant implies that D&RG also used this depot. The Pikes Peak Tour Depot also uses this building.
The UP had a separate depot that it shared with the Colorado & Southern Railway. The 1948 Quadrangle Topo Map @ 1:24,000 labels the tracks north of this depot as D&RG and Rock Island.

It appears that three restaurants and a lounge were to open just before the pandemic. [gazette] I hope they survived. At least the burger joint still has a web page.
