| Jeff Thisted posted This old Texaco station was built in 1933 on old Route 66 in Davenport, OK. It's now the Davenport Welcome Center. Trevor Boyd: I used this spot to watch the Great Race come through our small town. There are also murals painted on a few of the buildings downtown that help tell the history of this small town. |
The Dec 2025 date must have been when this photo was posted, but not when it was taken. I'm glad they restored the building for the anniversary. Looking at other street views, they painted, replaced the roof and added the globes to the pumps between Feb 2022 and Sep 2023.
