(Update: Sam Carlson posted that this was an EJ&E roundhouse.
Dennis DeBruler What town is Rossville Junction near? The only Rossville related places I can find on Google Maps is too far away to be an EJ&E facility.
Sam Carlson It's south of Rossville, maybe a mile or so, along CSX, All the track at the junction is gone except for the CSX (ex-C&EI) main lines. The EJ&E used to head southwest from there to a place called Brothers where there were coal mines at one time. Those mines supplied EJ&E steamers with coal. Brothers is (was?) west of Danville.)

Michael Moran It looks like the yard there must have been rather small, but it looks like there was a junction just Southeast...

There was a yard between the engine servicing facility and the junction.
