According to a Superfund site, https://cumulis.epa.gov/supercpad/CurSites/csitinfo.cfm?id=0300810, it is today's Banco Business Park, https://maps.app.goo.gl/EGZiG7kn68MyxVMj7. There used to be a Pennsy industrial spur that went down there. 1953/64 Irwin Quad @ 24,000

Is that an original building that got remodeled?

While looking at a satellite map for the plant, I noticed that the main highway through town was labeled "Lincoln Hwy." That highway was obviously a bypass that was built later. So I checked out the other road highlighted by the topo map. Sure enough, it is labeled "Old Rte 30." So I used street view to "drive" that road from the east side to the west side. At first, I didn't even see a downtown area.

Other than the map label, this is the only evidence I found that this was the Lincoln Highway.
