| Friends of the Red Mill posted, cropped In an effort to preserve one of Portland's historical buildings, the Red Mill is getting a much needed face lift. You may or may not have noticed that there is a considerable amount of boards that are rotting. The Mill was renovated in 1998/1999 so we guess it was to be expected. Friends of the Red Mill had gutters and down spouts installed about a year ago so that should help deter some future problems. Friends of the Red Mill would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community for supporting our fund raisers, sending donation checks, and continuing to donate returnable bottles/cans.
