This is another example of a feed mill having many small bins to hold supplements.

There is a storage elevator a few blocks south of the feed mill.
The town evidently never had rail service.

Garnavillo Mill doesn't have a website, but it does have a
Facebook Page.
The fan belts indicate that they sell supplies other than pet foods.
Many of their photos were of pets, but they obviously also do livestock feed.
They had a major expansion in 2024. I tried getting an older street view. But there weren't any. It turns out, the above street views are before the expansion and David's photo is after the expansion.
Garnavillo Mill Inc posted seven photos with the comment: "Overhead tanks arrived and set into place."
