| John Vincent commented on a post about Byron The Bruce NGS site on Lake Huron when Bruce "B" was under construction. Bruce A is at the top of the picture, 5 heavy water plants are below that. Douglas Point NGS (which goes back to about 1964) is near the lake with the white dome. The plant with the stack is the oil fired steam plant that supplied process steam to the heavy water units. At the bottom of the picture are the early stages of Bruce B construction. |
