In 2005, the buildings were refurbished for use by multiple tenants. "The bridges, which so define this mixed-use structure, are still functional and allow comfortable and convenient passage throughout the complex to parking structures, workout studios, restaurants, housing units, parks, a charter school, and even a farmers market. The array of varied businesses contrasts sharply with its long history as a single-use complex." [ClevelandHistorical]

Cleveland Wire Cloth
While looking for the 1914 buildings, I found Cleveland Wire Cloth. This company was founded in 1914. Given the similarity of their products to the that of the T.S. Tyler company, I presume it was founded by a former employee of T.S. Tyler who had an idea that he could not persuade the management of T.S. Tyler to make. So he took his idea and started another company to make it. I've seen that dynamic before. For example, plows in Moline, IL, and machine tools in Rockford, IL.

| Illinois Central Railroad Scrapbook And Occasionally Other Railroads posted An unknown photographer snapped this aerial view of the Vicksburg Shreveport & Pacific shops at Monroe, Louisiana. The exact date is unknown, but is believed to be from the late 1920's. As its name indicates, the VS&P ran between Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Shreveport, Louisiana, and had ambitions of reaching even further west. The VS&P was chartered in 1879 to take over the North Louisiana and Texas Railroad. The VS&P and the Alabama & Vicksburg Railway were under common ownership, and it wasn't uncommon for locomotives and rolling stock to be swapped between the two roads. In 1926 both the roads were leased to the Yazoo & Mississippi Valley (an IC subsidiary). In 1959 both the VS&P and A&V were formally merged into the Illinois Central Railroad. All of the shop buildings seen here have been razed, but many of the concrete foundations can easily be seen on satellite photos. The old VS&P mainline was spun off to Mid-South Rail in 1986, and then in 1994 was taken over by the Kansas City Southern and became part of the "Meridian Speedway" linking KCS and Norfolk Southern. Michael Behm posted 16 photos with the comment: "The CB&Q depot in Holdrege Nebraska. My pictures from 9/07/26. Holdrege station is an Amtrak intercity train station in Holdrege, Nebraska, served by the California Zephyr. It was originally opened in February 1911 by the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad as the CB&Q Holdrege Depot, and the depot has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since February 21, 1997. However, the depot is no longer part of the station facilities."
