| Dennis DeBruler commented on Sam's photo The old grain elevator is still standing. The mainline has mainly tank cars. But the elevator's siding has three flatcars with interesting racks. (Thank goodness for shadows.) At first, I thought they were centerbeam cars. But when I looked closer, I noticed that the top of the racks are not connected. I wonder what these cars are designed to carry. |
