Napoleon, OH: Junction Tower: Aban/GTW/DT&I vs. ND&W/Wabash

ND&W = Napoleon, Defiance & Western

I ran across this photo on another Facebook page. It’s a photo of the Wabash/Detroit & Lima Northern (later DT&I) tower in Napoleon OH. Not being familiar with what a “standard” Wabash tower looked like, does it appear to be a Wabash design?
[The comments indicate it is a DT&I design.]

Judging by the connector track and a 1959 aerial photo, the tower was in the west quadrant and the freight station and depot were in the "red" of this topo map.
