The tower in the background is at a junction with a CB&Q branch. BNSF still operates that branch to the south to a Green Plains grain plant in Shenandoah, IA.

It appears it is now a WWII Memorial Museum and community center. It is nice that BNSF let them use it without having to move it away from the tracks.
