posted four images with the comment: "Here are two undated post cards of the Menominee, Michigan Milwaukee Road station. The tracks literally end at the street without any kind of rail stops. At one time there were three daily round trips to Crivitz, Wisconsin to meet trains on the Green Bay to Champion, Michigan main line. The building behind the station is the freight house. Behind the freight house was a three stall roundhouse. The station still exists. Post cards from the David V. Tinder Collection of Michigan Photography at the University of Michigan Library. The more recent photo of the station was taken in 2002 by myself."

posted two photos with the comment: "Menominee Michigan Milwaukee Road depot located at 219 4th Ave. Built in 1903 and was originally a passenger depot but ended as a freight depot. Now privately owned. The tracks are long gone but still my favorite local building. Photo taken by me."

Nathan commented on his post 1930 track layout blueprint |
I'm confused as to why Nathan called this a Milwaukee depot instead of C&NW. The blueprint he posted and this topo map show that the tracks by the river were C&NW. Did Milwaukee also use the depot and had trackage rights on the C&NW to access it? (The depot is in the lower-right corner of the topo excerpt.)

The C&NW passenger depot is on the north south line that starts northward above the C in C & NW at the bottom. The building is to the right of E in 8TH AVE and below the W of Washington School. At one time 4 railroads shared this yard area. Milwaukee Road, C&NW, Wisconsin & Michigan (1894-1938) and Ann Arbor car ferry (ended 1970).
