I presume this building that is parallel to the former CB&Q right-of-way and that has a dormer was the recent depot. If so, the depot was heavily modified. It looks like it is now the scale house for the grain elevator.

This Oct 2009 view is the only street view that is available. It does appear that the dormer was over a bay window for the agent's desk. That, of course, is a signature of depot architecture. (I verified with a 2008 Global Earth image that the building on the right used to be there back then. The two big steel bins south of the former RoW were added since 2009.)

When I accessed the Ruff Brothers Grain website on Feb 15, 2023, I noticed this announcement. This must pertain to their Toluca elevator. Looking at the small size of the bins at that elevator, that is basically a truck-to-rail transloading facility. Obviously, storage is handled at their "country" elevators like this one in Leonore or in the farmer's grain handling systems.

If a farmer can truck their grain to Rail, the cash price on Feb 15, 2023, is 6.82. The other locations vary from 6.68 to 6.74. But not all farmers have 18-wheelers. This street view shows that some farmers still have old trucks or gravity wagons with which to haul their grain to market. Although I noticed that even some farmers with 18-wheelers are going to this elevator. I need to sample the cash prices during harvest. Maybe Rail offers less then because it doesn't have storage capacity.
