| Dennis DeBruler commented on Roger's post While looking at a topo map to get the 1928 railroad names, I noticed that there was a #3 down by Mt. Clare. Illinois Traction served the Little Dog mine while a spur from the C&NW served Mine #3. 1912 Gillespie Quad @ 62,500 Note that the Little Dog Soccer Fields repurposed the land of the Little Dog mine. https://www.google.com/.../data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5... |
