Jason's comment:

This is the former C & O depot at Peru, IN. as seen during the early 1980's. It has since been rebuilt and is used by the local Chamber of Commerce. The old C & O tracks on the other hand was not as lucky.

03/13/2024, I'm standing on the track side of the former C&O depot at Peru, IN. The town or possibly a private individual bought it from the CSX at the time of abandonment and restored it. Behind me is the Wabash River.
